If you live in the Great Yeldham area and are a patient with Hedingham Medical Centre, you can, from Monday January 16th, collect your prescription from the Great Yeldham pop-up Post Office on Monday mornings between 10am and 12pm.
You have to sign a consent form which is available from the pop-up Post Office or from the medical centre or download Prescritpion-Collection-Service-Form.pdf.
You should order your prescription in the normal way, usually about 5 days before collection date.
If you do not collect your prescription, it will be returned to the medical centre.
This service cannot include refrigerated or controlled drugs.
